Ohio" precancelEXTREMELY FINE GEM BLOCK. ONLY FOUR SINGLES AND TWO BLOCKS OF FOUR ARE RECORDED, AND THIS IS BY FAR THE FINER OF THE TWO BLOCKS.
The Philatelic Foundation has certified only four singles and one block of four as genuine. The other block has a straight edge at right and slight thinning.
