VERY FINE. THE EARLIEST RECORDED USAGE OF THE PERF 11 5-CENT ROSE ERROR AND ALSO OF THE 2-CENT (SCOTT 499). A REMARKABLE 20TH CENTURY COVER.

Only one other cover is known used on this date, bearing a single of Scott 505. The cover offered here -- the earliest known use for the two Scott-listed stamps -- is unique.
