VERY FINE. AN OUTSTANDING EXAMPLE OF THE $10.00 SECOND FEDERAL ISSUE IN IMMACULATE CONDITION.

Combs reports two examples known. The other was discovered by Theodore Sheldon. This was discovered by Tolman himself in 1943. Since then, none have come to light.
