Accompanied by a cover to Havre, France, bearing a horizontal pair of 10c Green, Ty. V (35) and 1c Blue, Ty. V (24) tied by bold strikes of the same red fancy cancel and clear "New Haven Con. Nov. 30, 1860" datestamp at left. The cover has the appropriate transit markings and shows some slight wear. This 90c stamp on piece was the subject of an article by Thomas J.
