VERY FINE AND EXCEEDINGLY RARE. THE 90-CENT F. GRILL IS ONE OF THE RAREST 19TH CENTURY STAMPS ON COVER. ONLY TWO ARE RECORDED, INCLUDING ONE COMPLETE COVER TO PERU AND THIS DOMESTIC COVER FRONT.

The only recorded complete cover with the 90c F. Grill realized $96,000 at the Ishikawa auction in 1993.
