E. Lemmon to David R. Francis, President of the Louisiane Purchase Exposition Company. It is one of the few recorded covers with a complete set of 1902 dollar values and the only known non-philatelic usage. The Hawaiian origin for 1902 dollar values is also believed to be singularly represented by this example.
