A 2nd issue of 2,000 was made on May 15, with the chancellery adhesive overprinted "20 mils." A 3rd issue with Scott 580 overprinted "Jerusalem 20 milliemes" was made May 26. The lot includes a cover franked with the 2nd & 3rd Issue and tied by Oct 6 1948 cds and signed Neuville. In addition there is a 20 mils (Bale 1.108) tied on piece and the 20 mils on 6fr (1.109) tied on two signed covers, and a mint single. All with matching address of Christian Courdy. Very Fine, Extremely Rare.
